Culture
BeauBrain Healthcare expects that the standards we have created, based on flexibility, autonomy, trust, and warm hearts among colleagues, are the best for others.
BeauBrain Culture Code
[Result-oriented] MAKE A DIFFERENCE
BeauBrain Healthcare, as a start-up seeking differentiated results beyond expectations, rather than superb outcomes, can achieve rapid growth. How many hours were invested in producing the results or where the task was carried out is not important. We hope that our standards become the best benchmark for others.
In order to produce better results, it may be necessary to dismantle a legacy of the past at any time. We aim to establish an organization where individuals who pursue these values come together.
[Flexibility] USE GOOD JUDGEMENT
Success is not guaranteed by the pre-defined rules. The principles of success that worked in the past do not always apply to the future. BeauBrain Healthcare is an organization that seeks to respect the opinions of individual employees who carefully consider and take responsibility for problem-solving, as well as to make the best decisions suitable for the given situation, rather than one where the decision-making process is dependent on pre-defined rules. Our competitiveness originates from this value, and flexibility is essential for securing competitiveness.
[Autonomy] AMAZING PEOPLE NEED AUTONOMY TO DO THEIR BEST WORK
It is hard to find someone who claims to have become a good student due to nagging from parents. Talents tend to pursue their own values, resulting in differentiated outcomes during the process of achieving them. We will grant autonomy and responsibility to such competent employees. There is likely a reason why organizations comprised of professionals, such as lawyers, physicians, or professors, place a higher value on autonomy. All our employees are experts who come from various fields where their autonomy is greatly valued.
[Trust & hospitality] IT MEANS EVERYTHING
All of these values, including result orientation, flexibility, and autonomy, cannot function effectively without mutual trust, that is to say, reciprocal confidence in both responsibility and competence. We want to dispel the stereotype that a result-oriented organization consisting of experts is cold and impersonal. An organization where synergies are created based on a multidisciplinary approach by experts in various fields might be characterized by a culture of compassion and consideration among its members. We aim to foster a welcoming organizational culture that enables our employees to feel at ease during their commute to work and encourages them to join our journey voluntarily.
“Early diagnosis is the entry point of successful and effective prevention when it comes to dementia. Without an early diagnosis, a prevention for further progression cannot happen. As a neurologist, I have devoted my research in developing various tools for early diagnosis of Alzheimer’s Disease and related biomarker assessments and predictions. I cofounded BeauBrain Healthcare to commercialize those tools into innovative medical products to be used in wide array of clinical settings. In the long term, we aim to build a precision medicine platform for the Alzheimer’s Disease through the use of clinical data we gather.”
